Process flow

We are looking to connect with dynamic, motivated, fully committed early stage businesses who share our values and require a combination of mentorship and seed capital to fund the next stage of their business development.

Our screening process is as follows;

Stage 1

Submit application, the first stage of our application process is to complete our comprehensive application form.

Stage 1
Stage 2

Application screening, once submitted we will review your application to determine if it is a good to fit for EAI. The process generally takes 4 weeks after which we would confirm the status of your application.

Stage 2
Stage 3

Orientation seminar, if your company is considered a good fit you will be invited to a day business seminar to guide you through what we would be requiring of you to go through our next stage of pitching and be grouped into the days and times you are supposed to pitch your business.

Stage 3
Stage 4

Pitch presentation, business who successfully complete the orientation seminar you will be invited to give a 20 mins pitch presentation to our team followed by a Q&A session. EAI would present a template for the pitch presentation.

Stage 4
Stage 5

Discovery session, successful companies would be invited back for an in-depth discussion on the key issues on their business.

Due diligence, after successfully completing the discovery session we would undertake a thorough due diligence on the information provided for on your company.

Stage 7

Pre-funding agreement discussion, once EAI have considered all the information received and the due diligence process passes our internal controls. We shall invite you for a discussion on your qualification for our seed fund support.

Stage 7
Stage 8

Presentation, this is our final stage where successful early stage business owners would be invited for the presentation of their seed funds and be allowed to make their first speech of experience with EAI.
